Prices and conditions

Prices include:

• VAT, water, heating (winter), electricity, WI-FI connection, lift;
• Parking space in the garage (each apartment is entitled to one parking space);
• Bed, bath and sauna linen, ski room with boot dryer and dedicated locker, bike depot;
• Wellness area with Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, aroma shower, ice waterfall and relaxation area with herbal teas (for the exclusive use of each apartment upon reservation);
• Large fitness area with more than 20 Technogym equipment;
• 2 large gardens with outdoor furniture and barbecue area (in summer);
• Covered and furnished area for dining with friends (reserved for house guests in summer);
• Green golf, sandpit with games, table tennis, badminton rackets, MTB rental (limited availability), during the summer season;
• Outdoor jacuzzi;
• Online ticket for skibuses, city buses, public transport such as trains and buses;

Prices do not include:

• Tourist tax and final cleaning fee

Additional paid services:

• Fully equipped laundry;
• Daily cleaning;
• Midweek linen change;
• Fresh and local products directly from the farmer;
• Exclusive use of lounge bar and common area "Le Botun";

Reservation and confirmation deposit:
The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the stay and the receipt of our written confirmation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer to:

Payment modes:
The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:

• In cash for total amounts of less than 4999.99 Euro ;
• Through instant bank transfer;
• By credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and debit card;

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than 1 month before the arrival date: the deposit will be refunded
• Cancellations made 30 days before the arrival date: the deposit will be retained
• Cancellations made 14 days before the arrival date: the total amount will be charged

For late arrivals, early departures, or unoccupied beds, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

If the number of arriving guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation (including children), the additional guests will be charged according to the structure’s price list.

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in: From 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. (please inform the property if arriving later).
Check-out: by 9.00 a.m.

Travel insurance:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.

Pets:
Upon prior agreement, we accept pets (no puppies) at the price of 15.00 Euro per pet per day, provided that their owners never leave their pets alone in the apartments and undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.

No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in all apartments and common areas.

Furniture:
We ask our guests to take good care of the high quality furniture and the fine textiles of our house.
